About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Remote Electrical Engineer to support a premier U.S.-based MEP engineering firm on a significant semiconductor facility project. You will work remotely as part of a multidisciplinary design team, contributing to technically complex, mission-critical facility projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support electrical system design for semiconductor and high-tech facilities, including cleanrooms, manufacturing areas, labs, utility plants, and data center-like infrastructure.
  • Design and document power distribution systems as the primary focus area.
  • Provide secondary support for lighting, grounding, UPS, generators, panels, low voltage systems, controls, and equipment/vendor coordination.
  • Develop construction documents and technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate with equipment vendors.
  • Utilize Bluebeam for document review and project coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
  • 7–12 years of experience in MEP electrical design.
  • Strong emphasis on power distribution within technical/semiconductor facility types; experience with cleanrooms, manufacturing, labs, or similar complex facilities is highly preferred.
  • Experience with lighting, grounding, UPS, generators, panels, low voltage, controls, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam (required).
  • Familiarity with SKM/ETAP, EasyPower, or similar short-circuit/arc-flash analysis software is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Available to start mid-July 2026.
