Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) - Security Technology

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) with a strong focus on electrical engineering systems and IT systems. Prior experience in security technology is a definite advantage for this position.

📅 Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of technical solution concepts for security systems (including video, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, and control center technology).
• Responsibility for project planning, control, and successful realization of technical projects.
• Design and integration of complex central and system architectures, including interface coordination.
• Coordination of technician deployment.
• Selection and management of suppliers and external service providers.
• Planning and organization of maintenance and service operations.
• Contribution to product and portfolio decisions.
• Technical consulting on hardware and software solutions.
• Support for sales during customer meetings and presentations.

🎓 Qualifications

• Technical education, ideally in IT, communications, or electrical engineering.
• Experience in planning, controlling, and implementing technical projects.
• Practical knowledge in the field of security technology, electrical engineering, or IT-based systems.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Technical understanding, manual dexterity, and a high willingness to learn.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style.
• Nice to have: Industry experience in the relevant technical field.
• Certifications in the security technology sector are advantageous – ideally a VdS certification.
• Very good German language skills.
• Driver's license Class B required.
