Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end: Define the vision, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution from discovery through launch.
• Engage with revenue teams: Deeply understand how sales reps and RevOps operate within Salesforce, translating complex workflows into clear product decisions.
• Shape AI features: Reason about how AI can effectively capture, summarize, and surface data, determining where it adds the most value.
• Translate insights into specifications: Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
• Lead cross-functional execution: Coordinate engineering, design, and go-to-market efforts to ensure timely product delivery.
• Define and track success: Establish KPIs, monitor adoption rates, and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS: Ideally with technical or data-heavy products. Minimum of 3 years of experience is required. Open to high-potential candidates with less hands-on experience or senior individuals seeking an operational role.
• Strong customer instinct: Enjoy engaging with users, understanding their workflows, and translating challenges into product solutions.
• Comfort with data and AI: Ability to conceptualize AI feature functionality and leverage data for prioritization and success measurement.
• Sharp prioritization skills: Capacity to focus on critical tasks, balance speed with quality, and effectively say "no" when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to align engineering, design, and go-to-market teams and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Bias for ownership: Take full responsibility for outcomes, thrive in a fast-moving, remote environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce, RevOps, or sales workflows.
