Job Description

Purpose
The DevOps Engineer is responsible for the entire lifecycle of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines and Infrastructure as Code approaches. This role involves defining and managing automated configuration management, release management, build, test, and deployment activities.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in modern container orchestration platforms, pipeline automation, and infrastructure as code, with a focus on CaaS@DTIT or Kubernetes, Helm, GitLab Pipelines, and Microsoft Entra ID. Familiarity with AWS is a bonus but not essential.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design, develop, test, and implement infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Manage source code, configuration management, release management, build, and deployment activities.
• Set up and manage integration with partner applications.
• Conduct performance analyses and tunings, as well as error analyses and troubleshooting.
• Consult and implement new innovative technologies to satisfy the innovation strategy.
• Create concepts for further automation of services, processes, and/or operating models.
• Directly support project teams in development, quality assurance accompanying development, as well as planning and implementation of product releases.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have secondary education in Information Technologies – Master’s degree.
• Have 2+ years of experience with ICT Systems.
• Have Advanced experience with Scripting (Bash, Python).
• Have Advanced experience with Linux Operating System.
• Have Intermediate experience with OTC / AWS / Azure.
• Have Advanced experience with Docker.
• Have Intermediate experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift.
• Have Advanced experience with Git.
• Have Intermediate experience with Jenkins / GitLab.
• Have Basic experience with Maven / Gradle.
• Have Intermediate experience with Ansible / Terraform / Puppet.
• Have Intermediate experience with ELK / Prometheus / Icinga / Jaeger / Grafana.
• Have Advanced experience with Networking.
• Have Intermediate experience with Security.
• Are communicative, a team player with analytical thinking, training, and presentation skills.
• Speak English – Upper intermediate (B2).
• Have experience with Agile Methodology, Scrum, and SAFe.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable. We are offering a base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of the candidate. In addition to the base salary, we provide a variable part and other financial benefits. The base salary will not be lower than 1 650 € / brutto.
