Your Role

As a Working Student in IT Support & Data Governance, you will support the internal IT, set up hardware and tools, and contribute to structuring and assuring the quality of data processes. You'll ensure your colleagues can work smoothly, manage access securely, and that data is used reliably, traceably, and meaningfully within the company.

Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben):

• Setup and support of workstations, laptops, accounts, and internal tools.
• Technical support for colleagues.
• Assistance with the administration of IT systems, user rights, and access.
• Maintenance and documentation of IT processes, tools, and internal standards.
• Support with topics like IT security, access management, and data protection.
• Contribution to structuring, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of internal data.
• Support with Data Governance topics, e.g., data quality, data storage, responsibilities, and documentation.
• Assistance with smaller analyses, reports, or data checks.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation):

• Currently enrolled student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable degree program.
• Interest in IT support, internal tools, and structured data processes.
• First experience with Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of data structures, Excel/Google Sheets, or SQL is a plus.
• Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Enjoy helping others with technical questions.
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
