About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience to join our #AAA Tamworth team, supporting OT clinicians and participants across the region.
Your Responsibilities
- Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Provide 1:1 clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development to graduate and early career OTs, alongside operational support.
- Manage your own caseload while delivering timely, high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings.
- Assess participants with complex emotional, cognitive, developmental, and physical needs.
- Utilize clinical observation and standardized assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goals.
- Support team operations, referral allocation, and NDIS compliance.

Qualifications
- Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA.
- Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians.
- Strong organizational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload.
- Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas.
- Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector.
