Responsibilities

  • Processing payroll and salary accounting for our clients, ensuring compliance with all legal and contractual requirements, including all upstream and downstream activities.
  • Maintaining and managing personnel and payroll data.
  • Processing reporting and certification requirements.
  • Communicating with authorities, social security institutions, and health insurance companies.
  • Creating certifications and reports.

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualifications.
  • Specialist knowledge in payroll accounting.
  • User knowledge of a payroll system such as SAP, P&I, DATEV, etc.
  • Good knowledge in the areas of payroll tax, social security, and adjacent legal fields.
  • Analytical skills, sense of responsibility, and precise working methods.
  • Service orientation.
