About the Role

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will develop and implement positive behaviour support plans for adults and children with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting functional behaviour assessments.
  • Creating evidence-based, personalised support plans.
  • Working with a varied caseload with comprehensive support.

Ongoing support, supervision, and training ensure your continuous professional development.

Qualifications

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow their skills. You bring a positive attitude to your work, enjoy being part of a collaborative team, and aren’t afraid to have a bit of fun along the way. You take pride in delivering person-centred, ethical interventions.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Considerable experience in providing support to people with behaviours of concern.
  • Degree qualifications in allied health or a related area is essential.
  • Current driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
