Job Description

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience to join our #AAA Port Macquarie team.

In this role you will:

  • Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
  • Provide 1:1 clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development to graduate and early career OTs, alongside operational support.
  • Manage your own caseload while delivering timely, high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings.
  • Assessing participants with complex emotional, cognitive, developmental, and physical needs
  • Using clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goals
  • Supporting team operations, referral allocation, and NDIS compliance

Qualifications

  • Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA
  • Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians

  • Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
