About the Role

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Real Therapy Solutions, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing positive behaviour support plans for adults and children with diverse needs. You will work with a varied caseload and receive comprehensive support from experienced professionals.

Requirements

• Current registration (Core, Proficient or Advanced) as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
• Demonstrated experience in providing support to people with behaviours of concern
• Degree qualifications in allied health or a related area is essential
• Current driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Passionate and motivated individual eager to learn and grow skills
• Committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients and making a meaningful difference
• Takes pride in delivering person-centred, ethical interventions
• Positive attitude and enjoys being part of a collaborative team
