About the Role
Ability Action Australia is seeking an Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience to join their #AAA Taree team. You will support OT clinicians and participants across the region, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
- Provide 1:1 clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development to graduate and early career OTs, alongside operational support.
- Manage your own caseload while delivering timely, high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings.
- Assessing participants with complex emotional, cognitive, developmental, and physical needs
- Using clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goals
- Supporting team operations, referral allocation, and NDIS compliance

Qualifications
- Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA
- Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
- Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
- Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas
- Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
