About the Role

We are looking for you to join our Technical Consulting department at our Bochum location as a Senior IT Administrator (m/f/d). This role is available as soon as possible. Upon agreement, the position can also be based in our branches in Münster, Hamburg, Mainz, Nuremberg, or Leipzig.

Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of our internal IT systems and networks.
• Installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software.
• Support employees with IT-related questions and issues.
• Monitoring system performance and performing regular backups.
• Implementation of security measures to protect the IT infrastructure.
• Documentation of IT processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker/in for System Integration or Information Electronician/Technician) or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in IT administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and network technologies.
• Experience with virtualization technologies is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Teamwork skills, strong communication abilities, and a service-oriented attitude.
