Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the further development of a versatile product portfolio with central responsibility in an agile development environment
- Ensure smooth coordination of all involved individuals, stakeholders, and management, including structured project documentation
- Support the development of internal competencies through active knowledge transfer and targeted training measures
- Develop the Product Vision for current and future products based on regular customer and non-customer interviews as well as market observations
- Create and present strategic decision proposals for management, incorporating relevant market analyses, data, and evaluations

Your Profile
- Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Business Engineering, Technical Computer Science, Physics, or a comparable technical qualification
- Professional experience in international project or product management of complex and explanation-requiring products
- Agile, results-oriented, and structured way of working, combined with a high technical understanding of modern product and system landscapes
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to undertake moderate travel (approx. 15%) for customer visits, workshops, and coordination meetings
