Site Coordinator / Construction Supervisor (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Site Coordinator / Construction Supervisor (m/f/d) for our Nuremberg location, starting as soon as possible. This position is available in full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Daily control and inspection of our construction sites in and around Nuremberg.
• Verification of compliance with construction schedules.
• Monitoring of quality, order, and work progress.
• Photo and progress documentation.
• Ensuring adherence to work instructions and specifications.
• Early identification of problems and delays.
• Consistent follow-up on outstanding issues.
• Close collaboration with site managers, project managers, and tradespeople.
• Conducting quality checks and site acceptances.
• Ensuring that deadlines, quality, and workflows are met.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in construction, skilled trades, real estate, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of practical experience on construction sites.
• Assertiveness and organizational talent.
• High degree of personal responsibility.
• Solution-oriented approach to work.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Confident demeanor towards tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of modern IT applications.
• Driver's license class B.
