For the further development of our systems, we are looking for a Team Lead IT (m/f/d) who combines technology, leadership, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Tech Lead: You make the essential technical decisions regarding architecture, tech stack, tooling, and development processes.
• Team Leadership: You lead our IT team both disciplinarily and technically – from 1:1s and feedback to recruiting and onboarding, up to the further development of team members.
• Hands-on Development: You remain close to the code yourself and are an active part of the technical conception and development of our web applications.
• Product Responsibility: You are responsible for the further development of our public web shops as well as a variety of internal software products – from article management and logistics to the automated quality inspection of smartphones.
• AI & Innovation: You actively drive the use of AI in our development and products and help shape modern, AI-supported development processes.
• Quality & Collaboration: You ensure a clean balance between feature development, technical quality, and tech debt reduction, and act as a sparring partner for management and product management on technical issues and roadmap topics.

Qualification

• Experience: You have several years of professional experience as a full-stack developer and have already gained initial leadership experience – for example, as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or in a comparable role.
• Technological Understanding: You are familiar with a contemporary web tech stack, have a good feel for software architecture, and make pragmatic technology decisions with foresight.
• AI Affinity: You actively use modern AI models in your daily development work and are passionate about expanding their use within the team and in our products.
• Quality Awareness: You program with passion and place great importance on sustainable, high-quality software.
• Leadership: You lead people empathetically, clearly, and on an equal footing, and have a genuine interest in their professional and personal development.
• Work Style: You enjoy working in an agile Kanban environment and have solid German and English language skills.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics is welcome, but not a requirement – your practical experience counts.
