The Role: Branch Manager - Environmental Technology (m/f/d)

SIERA is looking for a technically proficient and strong leader to manage and develop its Environmental Technology branch in Ingolstadt. This role involves both technical project oversight and people management.

Your Responsibilities

Technical Responsibility:

• Lead and develop the Ingolstadt branch.
• Manage and coordinate projects in areas including building pollutants, demolition planning, geotechnics, soil mechanics, waste management, contaminated sites, soil remediation, and environmental technology.
• Ensure economical and quality-driven project execution.
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships, and acquire new projects.
• Represent the branch to clients, authorities, and other project partners.

Leadership Responsibility:

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the site's employees.
• Develop and motivate the team.
• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure quality, deadlines, and cost-effectiveness.
• Strategically develop the branch.
• Promote constructive, team-oriented collaboration.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Environmental Technology, Civil Engineering, Geosciences, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in at least one of the specified technical areas.
• Experience in managing complex projects and teams.
• Ideally, a technical focus on contaminated sites.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong understanding of economic contexts.
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel.
