Job Description

As a Real Estate Data Entry Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating the company database. Your primary responsibility will be the accurate entry of diverse data to ensure correct and current records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database.
• Examine and amend data for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
• Adhere to privacy and data security regulations.
• Assist in creating reports and presentations using the acquired data.
• Perform secretarial duties, including filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is ideal but not required.
• Solid background in data entry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate language and procedures.
• Proficiency with computers, including MS Office Suite and data input programs.
• Exceptional precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication abilities, especially within a remote team environment.
