About the Role

This position is integral to the Client Services team, offering a varied experience across Concierge Services, Executive Board and Meeting room support, and Corporate Reception duties. The role is adaptable to operational needs, ensuring a dynamic work environment where you'll be a key point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients, visitors, and staff at Reception and Concierge, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage the visitor sign-in process and control access to maintain security and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the shared inbox, responding promptly and professionally to all correspondence.
  • Coordinate executive boardroom and meeting space bookings using the TAL administration system.
  • Arrange meeting requirements, including catering and AV setups, and provide basic support for security, emergency, and WHS services.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in corporate reception or client services roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and visitor management systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and autonomously.
  • Professional presentation and a positive, service-focused attitude.
  • Experience with IT/AV systems and holding Food Handlers’/RSA certificates are highly regarded.
