Your Mission at Spectos GmbH:

After an intensive onboarding, you will quickly take on responsibility and ensure the smooth execution of our national and regional customer projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing Offers: Assisting the team in creating new proposals for our clients.
• Supporting Projects: Participating in crucial project phases such as kick-offs and reviews.
• Quality Control: Organizing weekly quality checks for letters and packages.
• Monitoring Measurements: Overseeing ongoing tests to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Analyzing Data: Evaluating results and preparing data for easy understanding by clients and colleagues.
• Client Communication: Serving as a point of contact for our clients and partners, both in German and English.
• Billing Support: Assisting with the accurate billing of completed projects.

What You Bring:

• Foundation: A completed vocational training or a university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Sociology, Engineering).
• Data Affinity: A strong passion for numbers, data, and analysis, with confident proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Language Skills: Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a structured approach to work.
• Bonus Points (Not Required): Initial experience with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, or Confluence, and knowledge of the postal and logistics industry.
