Your Role

Are you passionate about supporting artists and eager to dive into exciting Artist Management tasks? Do you have a knack for organization and a naturally outgoing personality? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team! This position is designed for growth, starting with a supportive role and gradually advancing based on your development and capabilities. You'll be instrumental in managing our internal talents and forging new partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the management of our internal talents.
  • Assist in identifying and securing new cooperation partners.
  • Learn and execute the process of handling inquiries and creating offers.
  • Gain insights into market pricing and price negotiations, with opportunities to practice negotiation skills with providers and service partners (in consultation).
  • Understand contract structures within the industry, identify potential pitfalls, and begin reviewing contracts.
  • Collaborate on concepts and content formats for talents and assist in their realization.
  • Act as a liaison between talents and partners, planning their engagements and ensuring their well-being.
  • Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners, future formats, and shows.
  • Initially, you will work in a supporting capacity, with responsibilities expanding as you develop.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of internship, working student experience, or vocational training in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, or a related field (e.g., digital, social media, or PR agency).
  • A keen interest and intuitive understanding of the latest digital and consumer trends.
  • Proficient in using all common social media networks and online communities.
  • Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conceptualization of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • High levels of creativity and motivation.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
