Role Overview

As the VP Revenue at JOIN, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's commercial future. You will own the revenue strategy across outbound sales, GTM, account management, and RevOps. This role involves defining and executing JOIN's international expansion strategy, leading and coaching cross-functional teams, and establishing a data-driven revenue culture. You will be a key member of the management team, working closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to drive company strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Strategy: Own and drive JOIN's revenue strategy across outbound sales, GTM, account management, and RevOps.
  • International Expansion: Define and execute the international expansion strategy, including market prioritization, GTM localization, and partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach sales, GTM, account management, and RevOps teams to build a world-class commercial motion.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to ensure seamless alignment across the full funnel and GTM strategies.
  • Data-Driven Operations: Establish and own a data-driven revenue culture, including forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
  • Strategic Contribution: Join the management team to shape overall company strategy and JOIN’s future.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven VP-level sales leadership in a B2B SaaS company with a history of delivering revenue targets.
  • International Growth: Experience in leading or playing a key role in entering and scaling in new international markets.
  • Outbound Expertise: Experience building or significantly scaling an outbound sales function, ideally in a PLG/inbound-first company transitioning to a hybrid model.
  • Team Management: Experience managing sales, account management, and RevOps teams, with a focus on building high-performance cultures.
  • Data-Oriented: Strong ability to run tight forecasting, utilize dashboards, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Builder Mentality: Enthusiasm for tackling greenfield challenges and operating comfortably with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to rally teams around a vision and influence at the executive level.
  • Experience: 7+ years in B2B SaaS commercial roles, with at least 2 years in a Head of / VP or equivalent leadership position.
  • Language: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
