Job Description

The Sr. CRM Account Executive - Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing the market success of ServiceNow's CRM products. These products are built upon our leading Service Management platform, creating a unified source of truth that enables enterprise processes to execute with consistent information.

What You'll Do in This Role

  • Support territory strategy and planning to enhance vertical alignment, account use case targeting, and execution.
  • Provide strategic input to Account Executives (AEs) during the account planning process.
  • Ensure recommendations for territory strategy and account planning align with Now Value principles.
  • Assist customers in envisioning the value of digital transformation and support strategy development by partnering with the account team, customers, and partners.
  • Interlock with Solution Consultants (SC) and Specialist Solution Consultants (Specialist SC) on capability roadmaps for feedback and alignment based on the engagement model.
  • Coach AEs, Account Development Representatives (ADRs), and Account Executives (ACEs) on foundational specialty solution area knowledge to help identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
  • Customize time allocation for responsibilities based on the needs of the territory and account team, and celebrate successes.
  • Champion diversity and belonging to foster an open and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This includes using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 7+ years of experience demonstrating the return on investment (ROI) of specialty solutions areas to lead solution wins.
  • Experience as an Account Executive (AE) or in an alternative sales role.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • Travel required: 30-50%.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay range: $125,450 - $207,000 (for positions in this location).
  • Eligibility for equity (when applicable) and variable/incentive compensation (competitive On Target Earnings - OTE structure for sales roles).
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health plans (with flexible spending accounts), a 401(k) Plan with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs.
  • Compensation is subject to change based on work location.
