About the Role

As a Sales Professional within our HR & Payroll Services team, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our rapidly expanding department. Working collaboratively in a small team, you will be responsible for offering our products to prospects and achieving ambitious growth targets. You will leverage your commercial acumen and in-depth knowledge of HR & Payroll trends to provide clear, expert advice to potential clients, helping them navigate the evolving landscape of HR and payroll solutions. This role is based in our Zwolle office, serving the northwest region.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with prospects to present and sell HR & Payroll Services products.
  • Achieve expected growth targets for the department.
  • Provide clear and insightful advice to prospects based on market trends and developments in HR & Payroll.
  • Engage with new organizations daily to promote the department's services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Operate within the northwest region, based out of our Zwolle office.

Requirements

  • HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong commercial insight and sales acumen.
  • Expertise in HR & Payroll trends and developments.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
