About the Role
Flix is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (m/f/d) to serve as the analytical backbone for their Customer Experience (CX) stream within the demand division. In this pivotal role, you will own the understanding of customer behavior throughout the Flix journey, translating insights into actionable opportunities for the CX stream. Product Owners and CX leadership will rely on your analysis to guide decisions regarding customer progression, drop-off points, and value identification.
This position offers considerable autonomy, as the analytics practice within CX is in its early stages with evolving tooling. You will have the opportunity to shape how product analytics operates rather than fitting into a pre-defined structure. This role is best suited for an individual who is pragmatic, assertive, and seeks the impact of defining a function, rather than requiring a fully established environment.
What You'll Do
- Map and quantify end-to-end customer journeys, identifying progression, stalling, and drop-off points, and analyzing their business implications.
- Identify and size opportunities derived from customer journey analysis, translating observations into clear recommendations for product leadership.
- Define the analytics direction for the CX stream, establishing key metrics and measurement standards, and conducting in-depth analysis on critical topics.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments with statistical rigor, framing trade-offs for Product Owners.
- Develop a self-service analytics environment for CX product teams, providing curated, documented data for independent use.
- Coach Product Owners to enhance their decision-making capabilities through data-driven insights, fostering sharper, better-evidenced choices.
About You
- Proven track record of influencing product and business decisions through quantitative analysis in high-growth e-commerce, consumer tech, SaaS, or mobility sectors. Comfortable owning recommendations.
- Expertise in customer journey and funnel analytics (activation, conversion, retention, drop-off) across diverse markets.
- Advanced SQL skills in Snowflake and proficiency with at least one BI/visualization tool (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong statistical literacy (hypothesis testing, A/B testing, quasi-experimental design) with a pragmatic approach to rigor.
- Ability to leverage AI tooling as a force multiplier for delivering high-quality value.
- Strong stakeholder enablement skills, making data trustworthy, documented, and genuinely self-serve for business partners.
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) is a plus; experience with conversational AI analytics is also beneficial.
- A pragmatic operator energized by building and making an impact, comfortable with ambiguity and assertive in driving outcomes.
- Fluent in English; autonomous, entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, agile, multicultural environment.
