Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Qualitätsmanagement Obst & Gemüse

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Management employee (m/f/d) in the Fruit & Vegetable sector to actively support our team in Munich, starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Communication and verification of quality requirements for suppliers
• Tracking current market conditions, knowledge of weather issues, and pesticide residues
• Handling complaints and collaborating with appraisers in the import of fruits
• Administrative tasks in the import sector, such as supporting document management in close cooperation with the buyer
• Assisting with the preparation of audits: IFS Broker, BIO, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance
• Participating in project-related tasks in quality management
• Implementation and control of all internal and external certifications
• Consultation and finalization with worldwide producers on customer specifications, qualities, awards, and packaging
• Documentation and processing of all recorded data on all quality requirements

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial training with knowledge in the import sector or alternatively a degree in Business Administration or Ökotrophologie (Nutritional Sciences/Home Economics)
• Professional experience in the food sector, ideally in the Fruit & Vegetable area
• Fluent English skills are necessary, Spanish skills are an advantage
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Knowledge of Navision is an advantage
• Interest in the field of quality management and ideally initial knowledge
• Teamwork, commitment, and flexibility
