Aufgaben (Responsibilities)

• Accounts Receivable Accounting
• Account Reconciliation
• Payment Transactions / Dunning
• Creation and dispatch of customer invoices.
• Processing of chargebacks from payers.
• Handling special tasks.
• Contributing to the development of billing software.

Qualifikation (Qualifications)

We are pleased if you bring the following qualifications (not mandatory):

• Completed training as a PTA (Medical Technical Assistant) m/f or PKA (Pharmaceutical Commercial Assistant) m/f and/or
• Several years of professional experience in billing according to § 300, 302 SGB V in data centers, software companies, health insurance companies, medical practices, or pharmacies.
• Commercial knowledge.
• Contractual knowledge in billing according to § 300, 302 SGB V and § 129a SGBV.
• Good IT skills.
• Reliability, teamwork ability, independence, willingness to learn, and flexibility.
• Potential for team leadership.
