K-tronik is looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/x) to join their expert team and work with a client in the radio and communications sector. Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning and managing a global IT Workplace Redesign project.
• Moderating and coordinating collaboration between business units, security teams, technical experts, and the core workplace team.
• Structuring, prioritizing, and translating diverse requirements into actionable technical concepts.
• Managing an agile, cross-functional project setup, including workshops, backlog management, and iteration planning.
• Ensuring compliance with IT security and compliance regulations for all client concepts.
• Overseeing the implementation of various client setups for different user groups (Office, Developers, Production, High-Security Environments in Windows & Linux).
• Stakeholder management, including communication with technical teams, business departments, and C-level executives.
• Risk, budget, and timeline management.
• Preparing decision proposals and management briefings.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in managing complex IT infrastructure or workplace projects.
• Profound expertise in leading interdisciplinary teams in an agile environment.
• High ability to explain technical topics clearly and balance complex requirements from various user groups.
• Proficiency in dealing with demanding stakeholders, including management and C-level executives.
• Strong organizational skills, self-management, and excellent communication abilities.
• Practical experience in projects focused on client architectures, IT security, M365/Windows Workplace, or endpoint management.
