About the Opportunity

As an early member of our proactive and dynamic Customer Success team, you will be responsible for driving growth, renewals, and value with our clients. This role offers the chance to work cross-functionally with the CEO, sales, and product teams in our Atlanta office. You will drive product adoption by analyzing customer data to inform targeted outreach, increase platform utilization, and improve retention. Proactively engaging with customers 1-on-1 will be key to preventing churn and driving their success. You will act as an agent of change, a business transformation consultant, and a relationship manager for real estate companies seeking to modernize through data-driven and proactive project delivery.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Be the Expert: Utilize your customer management, industry, and product knowledge to position solutions and ensure customer success.
  • Manage Customers: Drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your book of business.
  • Analyze User Data: Review user analytics to identify customers maximizing value and those under-utilizing key features.
  • Implement Strategies: Work directly with customers to help them maximize value through expanded adoption.
  • Liaise with Product/Technical Teams: Serve as a bridge between clients and our product/technical team to resolve issues, advocate for customers, and provide feedback on features.
  • Improve Support Processes: Help manage and respond to customer support tickets while developing strategies for process improvement.
  • Ensure Seamless Onboarding: Oversee the implementation process for new customers.
  • Client Engagement: Travel as needed to visit client offices (estimated 1-2 days every 2-3 months).

We Are Looking For People Who Have:

  • Knowledge of real estate development, construction, or real estate project management is highly preferred but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment with a cadence of delivering monthly results.
  • High energy and a positive, activity-driven attitude focused on results.
  • Aptitude for creating structure in ambiguous situations and designing effective processes.
  • Persuasive communication and persistent follow-up skills.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, or other web-based presentation technology.
  • Ability to work from our Atlanta office 4 days a week.
  • Preference for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related design and construction fields.
