About the Role:
We are looking for a Safety Specialist (SiFa) or Safety Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role, working from home and visiting clients on-site (approx. 7-9 external service days per month) within your radius area. This is an opportunity to actively contribute to modern and digital solutions in workplace safety.

Your Responsibilities as a Safety Specialist:

• Independent support of our clients within the scope of basic safety technical services.
• Conducting initial site inspections and creating risk assessments.
• Advising companies on occupational safety, health protection, and legal requirements.
• Planning and participating in ASA meetings, training sessions, and instructions.
• Analyzing work accidents and developing preventive measures.
• Assisting clients with inquiries from professional associations and authorities.
• Conducting training in occupational safety and health protection.
• Supporting additional projects (e.g., hazardous materials management, fire safety) based on qualifications.
• Co-developing digital solutions and processes with our product and digitalization team.

What You Should Bring:

• Completed qualification as a Safety Specialist (SiFa) or Safety Engineer (m/f/d).
• Experience in occupational safety, work safety, or corporate health management.
• Independent, structured, and responsible work approach.
• Interest in digital tools and modern solutions in occupational safety.
• Willingness to travel for client appointments in the field.
• Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking.
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken); bonus: good English skills.
