Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Accompany our hotel projects across Europe in the area of TGA (KG 400).
• Take technical responsibility for the Electrical and HVAC (HLSK) trades.
• Review external technical plans from Ruby's perspective and integrate our requirements early on.
• Ensure our technical and quality standards are consistently implemented.
• Challenge and advise technical planners, investors, and project partners on an equal footing.
• Oversee projects from planning through to implementation, commissioning, and handover.
• Support the implementation phase with a focus on quality, function, and the details that make the difference.
• Be regularly on-site at our construction sites, but primarily work remotely/from the office.
• Manage the tendering, awarding, and execution of the Sound, IT, and KeyCard trades within our FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) projects.

Your Profile:

• A degree in HVAC/Building Technology or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in TGA site management, technical planning, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with construction sites, combined with a desire for a more overarching role.
• Proficiency in plan review, quality assurance, and project coordination.
• Strong technical understanding across all project phases, from planning to handover.
• Structured, independent working style with the ability to maintain an overview across multiple interfaces.
• Enjoy traveling, but equally appreciate focused work in the office/remotely.
• Fluent in German and English.
