SAP Inhouse Consultant (SD) - Zoll & Außenhandel

About Us:

We are an innovative and growing company leveraging modern SAP solutions to optimize our business processes. To strengthen our IT team, we are seeking a dedicated SAP Inhouse Consultant with expertise in SD and a strong focus on customs and foreign trade.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support, develop, and optimize our SAP SD processes, focusing on sales, shipping, and invoicing.
• Conceptualize and implement solutions for customs and foreign trade (customs clearance, preferences, export control).
• Analyze and optimize business processes in close collaboration with business departments.
• Perform customizing adjustments in SAP SD and related modules.
• Support FI-relevant topics, particularly at the interfaces with SD (e.g., revenue accounts, VAT, accounts receivable).
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP SD users within the company.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation.
• Participate in projects involving SAP rollouts, upgrades, and the introduction of new functionalities.
• Collaborate with external service providers and SAP consultants.
• Contribute to the harmonization and standardization of SAP processes.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant in the SD module.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes (sales, shipping, invoicing, pricing, conditions).
• Excellent knowledge of customs and foreign trade, ideally with AEB experience.
• Basic knowledge of SAP FI, especially at the interfaces with SD.
• Experience in customizing and process optimization.
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent German and good English language skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel for occasional assignments at various locations.

Advantageous Skills:

• SAP certification in SD.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with ABAP or debugging is a plus.
• Know-how in logistics processes.
• Project experience in international rollout projects.
