What You'll Do:

The Deal Desk Analyst provides essential support to the Sales organization for all renewal and new business deal-related matters. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to offer critical insights into our customer base and support daily operations. This role is key to scaling the business, managing activities that drive customer growth and retention. Reporting to the Deal Desk Manager, this is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recommend process and system improvements within the quote-to-cash cycle, working cross-functionally to implement solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales teams on all renewal and new business matters.
  • Execute the contract renewal strategy to drive price increases and multi-year commitments.
  • Manage a pipeline of renewal opportunities, providing business, product knowledge, and analytical support.
  • Proactively engage with Sales teams to prepare contracts for early renewals.
  • Assist Sales representatives in navigating Salesforce CPQ to generate accurate quotes and contracts.
  • Facilitate discount approvals from Finance for deal structures.
  • Create customer contracts ensuring compliance with company rules and policies.
  • Send contracts to customers via DocuSign for electronic signature.
  • Provision the Catchpoint customer portal for new and renewing customers; respond to sales provisioning requests.
  • Complete ad-hoc business operations projects as required.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience supporting sales teams in a deal desk, sales operations, provisioning, or commercial sales support role.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to build relationships with sales and internal departments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Ability to adhere to internal processes.
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience or strong interest in working with Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Interest or knowledge in web technologies and digital businesses.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver reliably.
  • Effectively communicate with sales reps and internal teams, cultivating relationships across all organizational levels globally.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
