About the Role

As an Internal Title: Innovate Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong, long-term relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from Netsurit's services, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Understand client business objectives and align Netsurit's services to meet those needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to leverage new technologies and services.
  • Drive client adoption and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor client health and proactively address any risks.

Requirements

  • Must overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per year
  • Performance Incentives: Additional performance-based bonuses available.
