Your Role: Shape, Don't Just Process – The MSW Effect.

As an Audit Assistant, you will be involved in mandates from the outset, working closely with our auditors. You will gain insight into the businesses behind the numbers, gradually take ownership of individual audit fields, and receive professional guidance throughout your development. Following the principle of "independent, but never alone," your responsibilities will grow with your experience.

Tasks:

• Assist in annual and consolidated financial statement audits.
• Independently manage specific audit fields after thorough training.
• Examine accounting records, supporting documents, and individual items.
• Support the preparation of audit reports.
• Contribute to audit-related and business management inquiries.
• Participate in the ongoing digitalization of our audit processes.

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

Ideally, you possess:

• A completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on auditing, accounting, or taxation.
• First practical experience through internships or working student positions is welcome but not required.
• Interest in long-term development within auditing.
• An independent and structured approach to work.
• Reliability and high professional diligence.
• Residency in Stuttgart or a well-connected surrounding area.
