The Role
The New Customer Experience team is focused on enhancing the end-to-end journey for new customers adopting the Pantheon platform. This involves revamping how customers discover, evaluate, onboard, and derive value from our product. You will work with a variety of technologies, including Python services, our GraphQL gateway, authentication and authorization systems (Auth0), and infrastructure managed with Terraform on Google Cloud.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience
- 5-8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, GoLang, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Proven ability to independently solve problems and drive projects to completion.
- Experience with authentication and authorization systems, including Auth0.

Compensation Range (CAD)
- The Canadian base salary range for this position is $115,400 - $144,000 CAD per year. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances.
