Social Media & Community Manager (Early Talent)

LOCATION: Milan, Italy
DURATION: 6 Months

Overview

This role transcends traditional comment management; it's about building culture. As the Community Manager, you will embody SharkNinja's voice across online communities and serve as a hands-on content creator, capable of managing projects from concept to final publication independently. This position operates at the dynamic intersection of community, content, and culture.

What You'll Do

#### Community & Engagement

• Manage daily community interactions across social platforms, forums, and online groups, ensuring prompt, authentic brand representation.
• Cultivate relationships with community members, brand advocates, and influencers to foster loyalty and organic advocacy.
• Identify opportunities for User-Generated Content (UGC) and highlight member stories and testimonials.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics and sentiment to refine community strategies.

#### Content Creation

• Concept, film, edit, and publish social-first video content, managing the entire production process.
• Develop scroll-stopping content that is platform-native, culturally relevant, and designed for engagement.
• Create interactive content such as posts, polls, competitions, and activations to drive genuine interaction.
• Proactively identify and integrate emerging trends, formats, and sounds.

What You Bring

• Final-year university student, master’s student, recent graduate, or early-career professional with a passion for social media, content creation, and digital culture.
• Proven ability to independently create compelling short-form video content (portfolio required).
• A strong written voice with the flexibility to adapt tone across different platforms and audiences.
• Fluency in Italian and English, coupled with a strong understanding of Italian social media dynamics, creators, and audience behaviors.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
• A fast-paced, creative approach, with an innate sense for trending topics.
• Capacity for cross-functional collaboration while independently driving deliverables.
