Pantheon empowers exceptional builders to shape the future of the web. Our WebOps platform is used by over 300,000 websites globally, including major organizations like Google, Princeton, and the United Nations. We enable thousands of developers and marketers daily to build, iterate, and scale WordPress, Drupal, and Next.js sites. At Pantheon, we foster a culture of ownership, impact, and freedom, driven by a vibrant, remote-forward team of experts dedicated to their craft and delivering results.
Join the Pantheon Customer Insights Team as a Software Engineer and take the lead in developing next-generation customer-facing observability features. You will architect and build backend systems that process and transform raw observability data from platforms like New Relic, Grafana, and Cloudflare into clear, actionable insights directly within our product. This is a product engineering role focused on building features that customers interact with daily, not internal tools. You'll work on exciting areas such as Portfolio Insights, OpenTelemetry exploration, and product analytics capabilities, primarily using Go, with Python and SQL for data-intensive tasks.
Beyond the standard perks and benefits, Pantheon offers a truly fantastic work environment powered by an exceptional team.
Pantheon is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We welcome applications from all backgrounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities throughout the application and interview process.
