What Weβre Looking For: Customer Success Manager
Our Customer Success team partners with ambitious European energy companies, helping them leverage Enode's infrastructure to launch and scale innovative products. These products are crucial for saving consumers money, balancing the grid, and driving the energy transition. As an early member of our growing Customer Success team, you will have a significant influence on how our function is built and operate, helping to define our CS playbook as we scale.
In this Role, You Will:
- Manage a portfolio of prioritized customers, collaborating closely with their product and engineering teams, as well as senior stakeholders. You will own retention and expansion, supported by Customer Engineers and Account Executives.
- Oversee the entire post-sales cycle, from product development through launch and scaling, including testing new CS strategies to maximize customer impact.
- Play a key role in building the Customer Success function at Enode, shaping our approach, processes, systems, and tooling for future growth.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure our development aligns with customer needs.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize the customer journey from initial engagement to long-term success.

- 2+ years of relevant experience in early-stage Customer Success at a fast-growing startup, or equivalent experience in management consulting (with a focus on startups, technology, or energy).
- Comfort in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships at all organizational levels.
- A startup mindset characterized by high levels of agency, drive, and ambition.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with significant ambiguity.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for building from the ground up.
- Motivation driven by ownership and the potential for accelerated career growth.
- Strong analytical skills and a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Bonus: Experience in the energy sector and/or with API products.
