Social Media & Community Manager (Early Talent)

Overview

This role is about more than just managing comments; it's about building culture. As our Community Manager, you will be the authentic voice of SharkNinja's online communities and a hands-on content creator capable of taking an idea from concept to published video independently. This position sits at the exciting intersection of community, content, and culture, operating at a rapid pace.

What You’ll Do

#### Community & Engagement

  • Manage daily community interactions across social platforms, forums, and online groups, responding with speed and authenticity.
  • Cultivate relationships with community members, brand advocates, and influencers to foster loyalty and organic advocacy.
  • Identify User-Generated Content (UGC) opportunities and highlight member stories, testimonials, and impactful moments.
  • Track engagement metrics and sentiment to evaluate strategy effectiveness and inform future approaches.

#### Content Creation

  • Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish social-first video content from initial idea through to final execution.
  • Create thumb-stopping content that is native to each platform, culturally relevant, and designed for maximum engagement.
  • Develop interactive posts, polls, competitions, and activations that encourage genuine interaction beyond mere impressions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, proactively introducing fresh formats, sounds, and ideas before they reach peak popularity.

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a final-year university degree or master’s, or are an early-career professional with a strong passion for social media, content creation, and digital culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently create compelling short-form video content (portfolio required).
  • A strong, adaptable written voice suitable for various platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • A proactive, fast-thinking, and creative mindset, with an innate ability to identify trends.
  • Capability for cross-functional collaboration, coupled with the ability to own deliverables end-to-end.
