About the Role
As a Lease Administrator at H&M Group, you will be the primary point of contact for landlord and internal lease administration queries, playing a crucial role in managing lease-related processes.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for landlord and internal lease administration queries.
- Support rent processes, including turnover rent, invoicing, and sales data collection.
- Maintain and update lease information in systems, including setups and amendments, ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in resolving lease, invoice, and data discrepancies.
- Support contract execution, document tracking, and standard document control processes.
- Ensure lease data accuracy through regular checks of key dates, rent terms, etc.
- Provide lease information to the accounting team to support accurate and timely payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ways of working.
Who You'll Work With
Reporting to the Expansion Manager, you will collaborate closely with the wider Expansion team and partner with key functions including Legal, Finance, Facilities, and Construction.
Who You Are
We are looking for individuals with:
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or working towards one).
- Experience in Property, Leasing, or Real Estate, or transferable office administration experience with a strong accounting foundation.
- Experience supporting contract management or document handling.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and organized approach.
- Comfort working with numbers and basic financial or lease-related data.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Clear communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
- Proactive and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and methodical, with an interest in improving processes and accuracy.
