✨ AI Insights & Summary

Brilliant Harvest is seeking a dynamic Growth Product Manager to revolutionize the dealer experience within the heavy equipment industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend product management expertise with genuine customer empathy, directly influencing product strategy by being in the field and understanding the core needs of dealerships and end-users. If you are a data-driven product leader with a passion for customer success and a knack for building scalable solutions in a B2B SaaS environment, this remote-first position promises significant impact and growth.

Growth Product Manager

About the Role

This Growth Product Manager role at Brilliant Harvest is designed for individuals who thrive on understanding customers firsthand. Unlike traditional roles, you will own the product surface responsible for transforming newly signed dealers into active, self-sufficient, and reference customers. Your focus will be on building features, optimizing flows, and creating feedback loops that drive activation and retention, informed by direct field experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Growth Loop:
  • Define and track key product growth metrics such as activation rates, feature adoption, time-to-value, and retention.
  • Identify points of friction in the dealer's product journey and develop solutions, including onboarding improvements, in-app prompts, or new features.
  • Design and execute experiments to enhance adoption, prioritizing based on metric impact.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Technical Product Managers to rapidly ship and iterate on growth features.
  • Customer Understanding & Feedback Loop:
  • Leverage direct field experience to understand customer success deeply, working with dealers through post-sale challenges.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the dealership business model, key metrics, operational pressures, and workflows, as well as the needs of end-users (farmers, operators).
  • Translate field insights into structured product insights that drive roadmap decisions.
  • Serve as the crucial link between customer success experiences and engineering development.
  • Product-Led Customer Enablement:
  • Design onboarding, education, and activation experiences as integral product features to accelerate time-to-value, reduce friction, and minimize support dependency.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify and resolve process bottlenecks, reducing implementation risk and shortening iteration cycles.
  • Capture customer successes and transform them into actionable product insights to inform roadmap prioritization.
  • Product Communication:
  • Write clear, effective dealer-facing product updates and communications.
  • Ensure customer feedback is systematically incorporated into the product development process.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, with a focus on growth, activation, or retention metrics, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Background in customer success, account management, or field enablement, with direct customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in B2B2C environments, understanding multi-layered customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with the operations of equipment dealerships is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and with customers without direct authority.
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to define problems, find signal, and drive solutions independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Data-literate, with the ability to set metrics, interpret results, and adjust course based on learning.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer visits.

What Will Set You Apart?

  • Direct experience within or adjacent to a Customer Success team, driven to solve recurring product gaps.
  • Proven success in driving adoption of new tools or processes within an organization.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a high-performing team led by an experienced entrepreneur.
  • Enjoy a remote-first role with a flexible work environment.
