About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Receptionist to manage inbound calls, schedule appointments, de-escalate customer complaints, and perform various administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting. This is a performance-based role where all calls are recorded and regularly audited for quality assurance. For candidates who may be a stronger fit outside of a voice-based role, we also offer non-voice positions with a heavier focus on administrative tasks, subject to availability and overall fit.
