Responsibilities
- Lead Experience Design across complex digital products.
- Conduct UX research and apply insights to design decisions.

- Lead, mentor, and coordinate junior designers.
- Maintain an Upper-Intermediate English level for communication.
- Aviation and aerospace skills are considered a plus.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Figma.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and modern UI design practices.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience collaborating closely with development teams.
