About the Role: Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a digitally savvy marketing professional to manage our online presence, focusing on SEO, Google Ads, social media, and content. This is a hands-on role for an individual with deep digital marketing expertise who can work autonomously to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) ā Core Focus
- Develop and execute the firm's SEO strategy to increase organic search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page optimization.
- Manage technical SEO elements (site structure, metadata, page speed, schema).
- Build and manage a link-building pipeline (guest posts, citations, partnerships).
- Utilize tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush for tracking rankings, traffic, and identifying opportunities.
- Provide regular SEO performance reports with clear recommendations.
Paid Advertising & Social Media
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including budget and performance tracking.
- Maintain and grow the firm's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across channels, adhering to brand tone.
Content & Website
- Collaborate with internal staff to develop articles, updates, and campaign content.
- Coordinate the publishing of website and blog content.
- Ensure the website is current and aligned with firm branding.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on performance across SEO, Google Ads, and social channels.
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Assist with marketing planning and budget tracking.
External Partnerships & General Support
- Liaise with external marketing providers and agencies.
- Coordinate campaigns and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Assist with broader initiatives including sponsorships and promotions.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years in digital marketing with a strong SEO focus.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Social media management experience across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Comfort with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Strong written English and communication skills.
