UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) - E-Commerce Platform

ALL4GOLF is seeking an analytical and creative UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) to actively shape and advance the user experience of our e-commerce platform. In this role, you will merge data, user behavior, and design to translate complex shop requirements into intuitive, high-performing user experiences. You will think holistically about user journeys, identify friction points in the purchasing process, and optimize key conversion drivers such as navigation, product pages, and checkout. As the sole responsible UX/UI Designer, you will have complete creative freedom and will significantly influence the discipline within our company. Responsibilities

User Experience Strategy & Conception

• Translate complex business and shop requirements into clear, intuitive user flows and interaction concepts.
• Analyze user behavior in collaboration with e-commerce and analytics teams, identify pain points, and optimize key conversion drivers (Conversion Rate Optimization / CRO) such as navigation, product pages, filters, search, and checkout.
• Develop logical navigation structures, filter logic, and user journeys that simplify the purchasing process (Information Architecture).
• Conduct usability and A/B tests, analyze shop data, and iteratively refine designs.
• Visualize ideas through sketches, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and align them with relevant stakeholders.

Design Implementation

• Translate UX concepts into high-quality, interactive prototypes and final UI designs in Figma.
• Work with and further develop our Design System to ensure a consistent, appealing, and accessible user experience (Visual Design, Accessibility).
• Deliver structured design specifications to our shop service provider and actively support the implementation process, collaborating closely with the agency to influence the final outcome.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or in a comparable role, ideally within e-commerce.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process from problem definition through user flows to final Figma implementation is advantageous.
• Excellent skills in Figma (Components, Auto Layout, Variants, Prototyping).
• Solid understanding of Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and Usability.
• Ability to derive insights from data and make design decisions based on them.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Experience in measuring the impact of UX measures (e.g., through conversion optimization) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, experience with data-driven interfaces/dashboards, or basic knowledge of HTML/CSS are also advantageous.
