About the Role

- Analyze user requirements and derive concrete design specifications.
- Translate complex technical workflows into understandable, accessible user concepts.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and development teams to ensure the technical feasibility of designs early in the process.
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in Media Design, Communication Design, or a comparable creative qualification.
- Profound experience in the conception and prototyping of software interfaces (UX/UI), with a consistent focus on the user.
- Proficiency with common design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
- Previous experience or familiarity with project environments involving authorities, security organizations, or highly regulated sectors is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with various departments.
- Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written).
