What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the design team, including graphic designers, UX/UI designers, and other creative professionals.
- Develop and implement design strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the creation of design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
- Provide creative direction and feedback, fostering an innovative environment.
- Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for efficient delivery.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in substation P&C design.
- Knowledge of NESC and NEC standards relevant to substation design (e.g., clearances, conduit fill).
- Experience with utility processes and standards is preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other 3D software is a bonus.
- Ability to lead project components with minimal oversight.
Salary Range
Starting at $105,000
