Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our client's reach and drive new business opportunities. This is a fully remote position, with the expectation that the candidate will be based in or have strong connections to the London market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interiors, retail furniture, and luxury market fit-outs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the luxury goods, retail, or interior design industries.
• Strong understanding of the London market is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote work environment.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and capturing new business.
