HR Generalist - Recruitment and Employee Engagement (Remote - Hybrid Set-up)

MySigrid is seeking a well-rounded, people-first HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition, employee experience, and benefits administration, thriving in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. About the Role

As an HR Generalist, you will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including leading end-to-end recruitment, designing and executing employee engagement programs, and managing all aspects of HMO and benefits administration. You will partner closely with hiring managers, champion diversity and inclusion, and ensure a seamless employee experience from onboarding to ongoing support.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsing candidates, and extending offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate skills assessments.
  • Manage the candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and recognition initiatives.
  • Develop and manage onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Conduct pulse surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment.
  • Collaborate with leadership on engagement strategies aligned with company values.
  • Spearhead company-wide events and culture-building activities.
  • Monitor and track engagement metrics.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

HMO & Benefits Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HMO-related concerns and inquiries.
  • Manage the full HMO lifecycle: enrollment, renewals, additions, deletions, and dependent coverage.
  • Coordinate with HMO providers on availment requests, LOAs, reimbursements, and billing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of HMO documentation.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of covered employees and their benefit entitlements.
  • Assist employees in navigating their HMO benefits and resolving issues.
  • Review HMO billing statements and validate charges.
  • Evaluate HMO provider performance and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role with exposure to recruitment, engagement, and benefits management.
  • Strong track record in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a remote work, BPO, or fast-paced startup environment.
  • Solid experience managing HMO accounts and employee concerns.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement employee engagement programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
